Spicy Asian Salad


  • Lime Juice – 2 Limes
  • Fish Sauce
  • Caster Sugar
  • Rice wine Vinegar
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Carrots – Shaved using a peeling
  • Cucumber cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Red Pepper Finley Sliced
  • Romaine Lettuce Chopped
  • Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • Mint Leaves Chopped
  • Coriander Leaves  Chopped
  • Chopped Salted Peanuts

Method – Salad

  • Add Carrots,Cucumber, Red Pepper,Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes in a Large bowl

Salad Dressing

  • In a small bowl squeeze the lime juice, add 1 tbsp of fish sauce, 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp caster sugar and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  • add the Chilli flakes
  • Add the dressing to the salad and serve with the mint leaves,Coriander Leaves and Chopped Salted Peanuts 🙂
