Chilli Chicken Ramen

Ingredients

  • Chicken stock
  • Egg noodles
  • 1 chicken breast Grilled Seasoned with Salt and Pepper
  • handful of beansprouts ( i forgot to add them in mines)
  • ¼ red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 fresh red chilli, sliced
  • Sugar snap peas
  • Fresh Coriander

Method:

  1. Grill the chicken in a griddle pan/grill until cooked and set aside
  2. Part boil the sugar snaps and leave aside
  3. Put the chicken stock to boil and add a 1 chilli to the stock
  4. Cook the egg noodles (Read the packet)
  5. Add the noodles to a large bowl, then add the stock
  6. Decorate the bowl with the Grilled Chicken, sugar snap peas, bean sprouts, Red onions, Spring onions and Coriander

Add more chilli depending on your spice levels, and a few sprinkles of Soya Sauce and Sriracha. This dish so flavoursome and healthy 🙂
