Schezwan Panner Tikka


  • Tablespoon sesame oil
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Finely chopped ginger
  • tablespoons Schezwan sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons of Yoghurt (fat free)
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt And Pepper to taste
  • teaspoons corn flour – dissolved in 3 teaspoons water
  • Paneer – chopped in cubes
  • Some spring onions or Coriander for garnish


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and allow the paneer to marinate for a hour.
  2. Shallow fry until cooked (I used a griddle pan with Fry light Spray)
  3. Enjoy 🙂
