Chicken Teriyaki


  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 TeasSpoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes 
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon Sherry Vinegar
  • Chopped shallots
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornflour and 2 Tablespoon’s Water
  • Chicken Cut
  • Brocoli florets
  • Chopped Peppers
  • Wild Rice for serving


1. In a bowl add Soya Sauce,Sugar, Chilli flakes,Garlic, Ginger,Sesame Oil, Shoaxing Wine,Sherry Vinegar and mix
2. In a smaller Bowl, add two tables spoons of the sauce into the chicken and marinate for 30 mins
3.In the bowl with the Sauce add in honey and mix throughly
4. In a pan fry marinated chicken until golden brown and cook and set aside
5.In the same pan add in chopped shallots (fry for 2 mins)
6.Add in the sauce and simmer for 3 mins
7.Add the cornflour mixture and stir for 1 minute
8.Add the Veg and Chicken and let look for 3 mins until broccoli is cooked.
9. Service with Wild rice and enjoy 🙂
