Burrata Tomato Avocado Salad With a Balsamic/Dijon Mustard Dressing


  • Burrata
  • Tomatoes/ Cherry Tomatoes (as much as you want)
  • Avocado Chopped (as much as you want)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper
  • Chilli Garlic Olives (as much as you want)
  • 5 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Djion Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Finely Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Sourdough Bread Sliced


1. In a large bowl, add Tomatoes and avocado
2. Season generously with Salt and Pepper and mix
3. Add Olives and mix
4. Create Dressing by Adding Olive Oil/Balsamic/Mustard/ Fresh Parsley/garlic powder (MIX OR WHISK WELL)
5. Add burrata to the salad
6. Drizzle with your dressing/ As much as you want
7. Get your sourdough bread, with a little bit of Olive oil, on a griddle pan toast your bread for 2 mins on each side (on a high heat)
8. Enjoy the most easiest and yummiest salad you’ve ever made 🙂
